WhatsApp is introducing a new feature that allows users to manage chat message animations, including emojis, stickers, and GIFs.

According to WABetaInfo, this feature will enable users to turn off autoplay, keeping animated emojis still and preventing animated stickers and GIFs from moving unless interacted with.

This update is aimed at users who find excessive animations distracting. The feature is still under development and is expected to be available in future updates.

Additionally, WhatsApp is working on a feature that allows users to access human chat support directly via the web client. This feature will enable users to receive real-time help from human representatives instead of relying on automated systems.

Upon contacting support, users will be asked to provide details about their issue, and their request will be processed with follow-up messages in the same conversation.

WhatsApp is also introducing a new feature for businesses, allowing them to use AI-powered replies to automatically respond to customer messages.

By scanning a QR code, businesses can activate AI-driven responses even when employees are unavailable.
